SYNOPSIS
In an impoverished village in the Danube Delta, 11-year-old Mara, in crisis, navigates narrow canals in an old boat, confronting her first period. With her grandfather ashamed to provide sex education, Mara seeks answers from friends in a secret world, communicating in a code known only to them.
